Papers accepted for oral presentation will be given 15 minutes presentation time.
By submitting a paper, you agree to make yourself available for a presentation anytime during the conference from March 11 to 13, 2025 in Brussels, Belgium.

    I have read the general submission rules and agree to pay the registration fee if my paper is accepted. In case my paper is accepted for oral presentation, the registration fee is 550€ VAT excl. (includes full access to the 3 days and the networking dinner). In case my paper is accepted for poster presentation, the registration fees are as follows: 720€ VAT excl. for non-members (until November 30, 2024); 900€ VAT excl. for non-members (starting from December 1, 2024); 580€ VAT excl. for members (until November 30, 2024); 720€ VAT excl. for members (starting from December 1, 2024).
